Hello, and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
My name is Brittany, and I am the owner and operator of Inhale Exhale Counselling and Consultation Services. I am a Registered Psychologist in the province of Alberta, and I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions to adults struggling with a variety of mental health concerns.
From volunteering abroad as a young adolescent to becoming a dedicated psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the helping profession, my journey has been fueled by a deep passion for helping others and the belief that everyone needs support sometimes.
