During the first intake appointment, we collaboratively determine which type of therapy will best suit your unique needs. No matter what type of therapy is used, I always align my practice with a person-centered approach based upon the premise that all humans have the ability to reach their full potential. In order to assist my clients with reaching their full potential, I believe that it is important for me as their therapist, to be genuine and provide an environment that fosters respect and empathetic understanding.
